Residential applications only. All prices are subject to change. If customer is not currently on a prepaid maintenance agreement with Kliemann Brothers, the first maintenance will be charged at $99 +tax. (For ductless systems containing more than one indoor unit, customer will be charged $69 +tax for each additional indoor unit.) Automatic monthly payments are billed to customer provided payment method approximately the 5th of the month. If three payments are rejected by the customer’s financial institution, Kliemann Brothers reserves the right to terminate the agreement. Customer may cancel with 2 weeks written notice. Kliemann Brothers may cancel this agreement by written notice to the customer at any time. Agreement is fully transferable to new homeowners. All plans are subject to local sales tax. Service locations beyond 20 miles from Kliemann Brothers may be subject to an Extended Service Area charge.

1 Plan price is for one heating only or one heating heating and cooling system ONLY.

2  1-year, 3-year, and 5-year warranty valid if system is under 15 yrs old. For systems 15 years or older, warranty will be 30 days on parts and labor.

4 Remote Monitoring with Nexia/Trane Home Diagnostics requires thermostat to be registered with Nexia/Trane Home and connected to WIFI.

MAINTENANCE PLAN FAQ

 

Q: My system is new, why does it need maintenance?

A: By routinely cleaning and inspecting your system, you extend its lifespan and ensure it operates at maximum energy efficiency.

 

Q: What are virtual maintenances?

A: Trane Home Remote monitoring allows us to check on your system from our office. This is only available to those with qualifying thermostats registered with Nexia/Trane Home.

 

Q: What does priority status mean?

A: Priority status means you get to “cut in line” when scheduling, even during our busiest times.

 

Q: Can I still join the maintenance plan if Kliemann Brothers didn’t install my system?

A: Absolutely! We service most HVAC brands. Call our office to find out if your system is covered.

 

Q: I am already a maintenance plan member. How does this affect my current gold plan?

A: Nothing will change until it is time to renew your membership, then you will choose which of the new plans is best for you. If you would like to switch plans before your current membership is up, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your existing membership.

 

Q: What is closest to my current Gold plan?

A: The new Pro Comfort plans offer many of the same benefits, as well as a variety of additional benefits. Give us a call and we can discuss which plan is best for your needs.

 

Q: Why are you changing the plan?

A:  The new plans provide more options so that we can better meet your maintenance needs.

 

Q: Can I keep my old plan?

A: No, the Gold plan will no longer be available for renewal. One of our Comfort Specialists would be happy to help you choose a new plan that is right for you.

 

Q: I have an open quote for a Gold plan, can I still sign up?

A: If the quote is less than 30 days old, we will honor it. If your quote was given to you more than 30 days ago, contact us and we will provide you a quote for the new membership plan.

 

Q: What is the “Extended Service Area Charge”?

A: If your location is more than 20 miles from our office, you may be subject to an additional charge.
