“During the recent cold snap (jan 2020) my furnace control when completely blank. I searched for a problem with it and even considered buying a new one from a big box store. Luckily I called Klieman Bros first and got to talk to Dollie. She told me to go check the moisture puck (the what!?). She was exactly right. It was wet from a minor leak in the exhaust vent. She told me how to dry the moisture puck ("don't overheat it!") and reset the system, all while on the phone with me. I really appreciated the help. Don't ever let her go!”
