“Our first experience with KB was when we first met with Stephanie R. She immediately got my husband on board by answering all his questions about a heat pump. She was incredibly kind and friendly and knew so much about what we wanted. After meeting with her, we decided right then and there to go with KB. It took a bit to get an install date because of the global shortages due to the pandemic, but Stephanie kept in touch and that meant a lot. Shawn and Owen were our technicians/installers. They were very respectful of our house and informed us of all that they were doing. It was quite the project. Dave and his helper were our electricians and did a wonderful job of doing all things electrical. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with KB, Stephanie, Shawn and Owen and of course, Dave and his helper. They all made us feel like family!
