“Maria provide exemplary service. She called an hour ahead of the appointment window to let us know when she would arrive and then arrived on time. She listened to our questions and provided thoughtful answers. She was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional throughout the appointment including her handling of the Covid precautions. We could not have been more satisfied with her visit and the service from Kliemann Bros from the time of our first phone call. AND, with a further tip of the hat to Kliemann Bros….you guys called the contractor (Bob Steffes/Built Right Homes) who did our remodel nine years ago to let him know of the appointment today and he then called us to make sure everything was alright!!!
