“Overall, we were very satisfied with the work done by KB employees. All of the technicians that performed work as part of our AC install were helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They explained the work involved and always asked us for our preference when choices needed to be made. We appreciated the level of communication they exhibited. One thing we were not made aware of ahead of time was that there would be more noise coming from the main cold air return in our family room as a result of the AC equipment install. Not sure if the technicians were familiar with this kind of thing possibly happening, but it was surprise to us. We would suggest letting clients know this and any other potential impacts during the sales process. Overall, we could not have been more pleased with the quality and professionalism of KB employees.
