Jeremy Kliemann joined Kliemann Brothers in 2001 as a member of its newly formed construction department. His hard work and passion for delivering exceptional service helped Jeremy advance quickly. Before serving as President, he was a Comfort Advisor in sales and then promoted to Sales Manager, then Operations Manager, and up the ranks to Vice President.
As President of Kliemann Brothers, Jeremy has helped the company grow and expand its services and support options through his strong leadership. He is also committed to broader service in the HVAC industry. Since 2020, he's served as an active board member of Washington Air Conditioning Contractors of America (WAACCA) and was named President of WAACCA for 2025. Jeremy's expertise, knowledge, and commitment to quality service help to drive not only Kliemann Brothers forward, but the HVAC industry in general.

Preston Hayden

Sales Manager
As Sales Manager at Kliemann Brothers, Preston leads our sales strategies and customer engagement. He has held professional roles in the HVAC industry since 2008, including Home Solution Advisor and Sales Supervisor.
Preston is also committed to growth and development, both at the industry and professional levels. He holds roughly 60 industry certifications. Thanks to his leadership, sales expertise, and commitment to outstanding customer service, he has contributed to several company awards.
Additionally, Preston is a member of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), North American Technician Excellence (NATE), Electric & Gas Industries Association (EGIA), Business Development Resources (BDR), and SkillCat. Additionally, he is a committee member at Clover Park Technical College and has shared his expertise as a guest speaker at various technical colleges and local utility company workshops.

Matt Sanford

Matt Sanford

Matt has served as Kliemann Brothers' Installation Manager since 2022, overseeing the company's construction, retrofit, and electrical projects. He joined the company in 2012 to help with residential HVAC for new construction, quickly advancing from Installation Helper to Lead Installer to Field Supervisor. In 2021, he was promoted to New Construction Install Manager before taking on his current role.
However, Matt's HVAC career didn't begin at Kliemann Brothers. His professional journey started in 1998 at a small company in Bonney Lake, WA. While working there, he built a strong foundation in residential HVAC installation, gaining hands-on experience in HVAC layout design, ductwork, gas piping, and refrigeration. He was promoted to Layout/Design Field Supervisor in 2005, managing field operations until 2008 when he shifted to commercial HVAC work.
That was until he joined Kliemann Brothers, where Matt continues to deliver top-tier HVAC installations and support multiple company divisions with his expertise, leadership, and dedication to quality.

Ryan Ruff

Ryan joined Kliemann Brothers as General Manager in 2021, relocating to Washington from the Portland Metro area. He brings strong leadership and extensive HVAC industry experience to his role.
Aside from driving innovation and growth at Kliemann Brothers, Ryan serves Washington Air Conditioning Contractors of America (WAACCA) as a board member and legislative committee representative. He is also a Trane Dealer Council member and participant in various HVAC best practice groups.
Ryan's technical expertise is backed by multiple certifications. These include NATE, EPA, PTCS System Performance Testing, and Gas Pipe Installation certifications as well as an OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certificate. In 2015, he received the Gensco Southern Region Sales Excellence Award and, in 2024, was featured on the HVAC Masters of the Hustle podcast.

Her commitment to education led her to teach a pre-apprenticeship program aimed at helping unemployed individuals and those reentering the workforce gain basic construction skills to secure jobs in the trades. This experience reinforced her passion for training and mentorship.
Sydney is a certified proctor for NATE and EPA exams, ensuring that HVAC professionals meet the highest industry standards. Now, as Service Manager, she oversees daily service operations, supports technician development, and ensures top-quality service for Kliemann Brothers customers.
With a strong dedication to technical excellence and workforce development, Sydney plays a vital role in shaping the future of HVAC professionals while leading her team with expertise and commitment.

Nathan Richards

Nathan is Kliemann Brothers' Training and Technical Support Specialist. His role ensures the company delivers top-tier service and innovative HVAC solutions. An HVAC industry professional since 1992, he has held roles in installation, service, management, and technical support. Experience in new construction, retrofit installations, and service operations makes him a valuable asset to the company, especially regarding training and technical development.
A NATE member, Nathan holds certifications in four fields. He is also a member of ACCA and has a Georgia State Conditioned Air License. Aside from specializing in geothermal and water-source HVAC systems and working for one of the Southeast's largest geothermal companies, he also owned and operated his own full-service HVAC company, which brings a great deal of industry perspective to his role at Kliemann Brothers.

Operations Manager
Kimiko was hired as a New Construction Coordinator at Kliemann Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning in 2015. Her leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous improvement have helped the company's success. Kimiko plays a pivotal role in the organization's ability to deliver top-tier HVAC services to customers.
As Office Manager, Kimiko helped streamline various processes and make operations improvements. She also played a key role in optimizing the company's administrative process. A promotion to Operations Manager in 2023 led to her overseeing daily operations and helping all the company's departments improve efficiency.
Kimiko's contributions to technological advancements at Kliemann Brothers include implementing new dispatching software. This led to improvements in scheduling, workflow efficiency, and customer service. A ServiceTitan Certified Administrator and certification as an 01 Electrical Administrator demonstrates her operations and technical expertise that have been pivotal to the company's success.
