“Jeremy came to our home to perform the periodic maintenance as well as fixing a noise that was coming from the unit in our bedroom for some time. He was great! He is knowledgeable, thorough, and great to work with. He found the problem causing the noise in the bedroom unit and completed the maintenance thoroughly. I also learned more about the system, its characteristics and its operation. I hope he is the one who performs the service the next time is it due.”

“We own a 2000 sq ft condo and our AC failed a few months ago and we had a warranty on the home. The warranty people sent four different technicians and all of them could not help us because our ac units are on the roof, a two story bldg. We called two other vendors and again they declined to do the install because they did not have a crane or a fork lift. Kliemann Bros came out to the property, sent us a detailed bid and arranged the forklift to do the install. They had two technicians, Sam & Jeremy with two other technicians to do the job. It was an all day job. They did an outstanding job, courteous to our neighbours drove and handled the gigantic fork lift with ease and left the job site better then it was. What a great company and staff!
Its hard to find a company like this. The contracts were paperless and payment was done over the phone.

From the moment when Stephanie came out to evaluate and give us a bid we knew right away that we were going with Kliemann Brothers. She treated us like family and took her time to get to know us and was professional all at once.
Then when Jace and his crew came out to install once again we were blown away at how efficient and friendly they were. They even did extra touches to make everything look clean and new.
After everything was installed Jace came back about 2 weeks later to do a follow up and took his time to help explain and make things easier to understand.
Almost 2 months later Stephanie called and wanted to come by and see how we were doing and if we were enjoying our new unit.
This whole process was stress free and when you work with Kliemann Brother you are not a client you are a family member and they make sure you know that.”

“It is a privilege to comment on Kliemann Brothers and specifically their installation/replacement team of Tom and Freddy. We decided to have AC added during our house remodel and used the same company my daughter did since they were very pleased with the attention to detail. Working with Kliemann Brothers was easy and they are very attentive to questions and the owners needs. I had our old gas furnace replaced while adding the AC unit so to be sure I would get the best life out of the units. Having AC is so nice… Tom and Fred did a great job of explaining what was needed, why and how the install and equipment would work. Our system needed an upgraded return air line to make it function at top efficiency and Tom and Fred came back and made short work of the addition.
Both men were polite, on time and stayed focus to their task at hand. I would recommend Tom, Fred and Kliemann Brothers to anyone.

“Kliemann Brothers was recommended to us by a friend. We called and asked for a quote and were able to meet with Stephanie Royce very quickly. Stephanie went above and beyond in her initial meeting with us explaining options, discussing the differences between all types of furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. She also went under our house and checked to make sure all would be good for installation if we chose to use their services. She patiently answered all of our questions and educated us as much as possible so we could make an informed decision. She was great at checking in without pressuring us and by the end of the transaction we were not only satisfied with our choice but gained a lot of confidence in our decision as well.

The installation was quick, professional, and the crew was prompt each day that they were at our house. They were polite and also educated us on our equipment and when they left, we were confident and could easily use our new unit. A couple days after installation, we started having issues with our 18-year-old hot water heater and I again called Stephanie and she was able to give me a quote and get a new unit installed and up and running within a couple days. Their financing options are easy to understand and easy to navigate. We cannot recommend their services enough. We are truly grateful for Kliemann Brothers and their staff, especially Stephanie Royce in sales and Joshua Pearce in HVAC installation. Thank you!”

“On May 10, 2023, Daniel came out for the routine maintenance of the a/c side of my HVAC system. I have been a member of the Kliemann Brothers maintenance program for many years. Daniel has been here other maintenance trips. It is convenient to have the same technician show up – he is already familiar with the layout of my home and yard, the type and history of the systems, etc. First Daniel asked how the system was running and did I have any concerns or questions for him on this trip. Then he went straight to work. Daniel was friendly and polite, efficient, and careful in and around my house. He reviewed what was done and any recommendations to maximize my service. Nice to know my system was all set for the hot weather which arrived a few days later. Other neighbors and my sister also use Kliemann Brothers – I frequently see their vans in the neighborhood – the company is very reliable and I highly recommend the business, not just for maintenance but also for installs, as they did for me two years ago when I did total update of my older system.”

“When I was researching heat pumps to replace my old furnace, I read about a heat pump that was efficient down to zero degrees but I didn’t know the brand name. After 3 or 4 local HVAC reps came and gave me bids on their heat pumps I was discouraged. Then, Kliemann sales rep visited and I learned that Mitsubishi was the heat pump with that amazing efficiency. Stephanie took the time to listen to my concerns and my plan to change over from gas furnace to electric heat pump. She seemed to have all the time in the world to hear my concerns and then she mentioned the Mitsubishi product. 5 stars for her. I ordered the heat pump and when Brady Dillon, et al showed up to install, they were prompt, courteous and professional. They worked hard for two days to remove and install. Another 5 stars for them. From sales to tech to instllation, Kliemann Bros HVAC gets my wholehearted support and praise. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.”

“Daniel called before his arrival identified himself gave me an eta. I especially liked getting the text from him with his badge/photo. He was friendly answered questions I had about my thermostat and heat settings even though he was here for the a/c side of the unit. Besides checking settings cleaning filters inspecting the unit Daniel also changed a battery in a downstairs sensor that communicates with the thermostat. When we got to the furnace room a small battery operated overhead light did not come on to provide extra light in a dark corner. I had spare batteries and Daniel immediately offered to change them. I really appreciated that extra help saving me from
climbing a footstool to do it myself. I will definitely ask for Daniel for my next maintenance call. Great customer service as well as great work.”

They explained the work involved and always asked us for our preference when choices needed to be made. We appreciated the level of communication they exhibited. One thing we were not made aware of ahead of time was that there would be more noise coming from the main cold air return in our family room as a result of the AC equipment install. Not sure if the technicians were familiar with this kind of thing possibly happening, but it was surprise to us. On the day of service, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our furnace & thermostat have been offline for several days and she immediately started troubleshooting and determined the issue within a few minutes. She discovered that there was an issue with one of the wires and fixed it right away. The next thing you know, we had heat again! After that, she gave me some advice & tips on how to better distribute the heat throughout the entire house since she noticed that the first floor was extremely colder than the rest of the house. Nate even came by after the installation, due to a problem caused by a lack of communication from Comcast, to touch up the look of the electrical connection to the electrical box. He has been available for questions on the thermostat and the replacement filter to our Trane furnace. Another plus is the office staff, who have been helpful throughout the process. “This is a review of a new installation of a Heat Pump and Furnace replacement. Our comfort consultant Tami set the appointment and arrived on time and with a smile. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and quite nice. We receive a fair bid (received 2 bids from other companies), accepted, and the installation began within 4 days. Installation crew arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and got right to work on day one. They left after they removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace (working and providing heat), thermostat, piping, and the outside pad for the heat pump. Everything was tidy and cleaned up before they left – not a scrap of anything anywhere! Day 2 they finished the installation of the heat pump with the help of a licensed electrician – also from Kliemann Bros. They then walked us through the operation of the units, spoke to necessary maintenance, and described all their work in detail. The 1983-built house we bought a year ago was our first experience with heat pumps. In this current cold spell our high end pump was not producing sufficient heat regularly and the “aux heat” in it would not come on. Nathan came out earlier this week, checked the whole system thoroughly as I watched and found it all was working well and wired correctly, including the aux heat and compressor. He explained that while the ********* thermostat was working correctly at the moment, it is possible that since it was old it might have intermittent failure. While he was here he also explained clearly to me how the heat pump cycles each hour, etc. An hour or so after he left, the fan would not work. I called and he returned shortly thereafter to see if a new thermostat actually would solve the problem. He installed and programmed it following my specific choices. It completely did and for the last few days all has been working perfectly. I was very pleased with his knowledge and repair skills but also his ability to explain the system at the right level of detail and in terms a customer can understand. Thanks again, Nathan! 

I was having some issue with my heat pump. The unit was totally shut down. I called Kliemann Brothers and they sent out a tech named Nathan he was courteous and had a solid knowledge on my Mitsubishi Heat Pump. He figured out the issue with the heat pump quickly. He is definitely a large asset to the success of the Kliemann Brothers tech team. I don’t normally write reviews, but this tech was Superior in all aspects of his job.

Nathan from Kliemann Bros did a service on my heat pump. He’s very knowledgeable and very professional. He took his time to teach me the basic heat pump operation and he explained it very well. Kudos Nathan!

“We bought a train heat pump and it’s three years old we’ve had to have one unit replaced over a year ago. Then a part on the new unit that’s a little over a year-old went out. The part was warranteed but not the labor. We appeal to the train organization about their motto that nothing stops a train but they would only reimburse us for $200. Then something when they replace part they change the lock out and the heat just comes on constantly at 36°. Our heat bill has gone up from $36 a month consistently to 90 some dollars a month. Then we had him come out again just two days ago and he did nothing to change the system we want the system changed back to before the last kid came out. We are not happy at all about the situation.”

“We had a Coleman furnace system put into our second home (which is barely used) during its build back in 2010. Over the past three years we have had issues with it stopping during the winter resulting in damages caused by snow sliding down roof taking gutters with it once unit was repaired by another company. I say this because upon calling Kliemann brothers we were told they do not go out that far, even after telling them they installed it. This past Feburary we had yet another shut down in the unit causing more damages and resulting in needing a new system. This was determined because it was found that during the install Kliemann did not use the correct oriffices to convert propane causing build up that over time destroyed the heat exchanger and burners. I contacted the owner Herb in March, he apologized for the poor workmanship and stated that the system should have lasted 15-20 years and that he would compensate us the difference. I have tried several times to contact him but he refuses to converse so to date Herb has not followed through with his promise. Having said this I would give them a poor rating and beware of their workmanship and lack of support after install.”
